i appreciated the hotel's location near many shops and restaurants. i especially liked the books in the lobby coffee shop (it was a nice touch!). the staff was helpful with luggage transfer, very convenient.

the mattress was quite soft for my liking. i also noticed the double size bed is two beds put aside, and the gap in between was a little uncomfortable.

The hotel features a lovely lobby area with a café. I noticed it also provides seating, electric outlets, bathrooms, and luggage storage. The staff gave superb suggestions. I appreciated loaner umbrellas for rain and laundry machines.

There was only one, possibly leading to waits at times.

The hotel provides daily cleaning service upon request. i just placed the sign on the door. there is a service available for changing pillowcases and bed sheets too. I used another sign and placed it on the bed. the staff were friendly.

the hotel is conveniently situated with various cafes, food stores, and convenience stores nearby. it is also around a 10-15 minute walk from different stations. taking the subway or a taxi from the airport was easy.
